Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or buying any of our services.

1. About Us & Acceptance

This website, www.dominatorsbusinesstribe.com, and its subdomains (together, the "Site") are owned and operated by Dominators Business Tribe ("DBT", "we", "us", "our"), with its business address at C-423 C, Golden I, Techzone IV, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh – 201306, India.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (together, the "Agreements"), govern your access to the Site and your purchase and use of our events, workshops, calls, programs, courses, community and other services (the "Services").

By using the Site, registering or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood the Agreements and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, please do not use the Site or Services, and let us know at connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in so we can try to find a solution.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it, and does not require a physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• If you buy on behalf of a company or firm, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
• Our Services are offered in India and priced in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Scope of Services & Products

DBT is an online business education and coaching company. We help working professionals, coaches, creators and business owners learn how to build, launch and grow an online business. Our Services include:

• Online events and workshops — paid, short-format sessions (for example, one- to three-day events) held on Zoom or a similar platform. Sessions may be conducted live or as pre-recorded sessions. The date, time, duration and format are shown on the event page and in your confirmation message.
• Add-ons and resource packs — session recordings, templates, AI prompts, idea lists and similar digital resources offered at checkout or after purchase.
• Consultation calls — paid one-to-one (1:1) calls with our founder, coaches or team, held on Zoom, Google Meet or phone, to review your business or discuss which program suits you.
• Mentorship and coaching programs — fixed-tenure programs with group coaching sessions, learning resources on our learning app, community access and support from a business coach for the duration of the program, as described in the program's enrolment details.
• Recorded courses and digital products — self-paced video courses and downloadable resources, valid for one (1) year from the date of access unless stated otherwise.
• Community — access to our member community at community.dominatorsbusinesstribe.com, where it is included in your purchase.

What each product includes — its content, duration, access period, bonuses and any guarantee — is what is described on its sales or checkout page at the time of your purchase. If that description differs from these Terms, the product page applies to that product.

All Services are delivered digitally; we do not ship physical goods. After a successful payment you will receive a confirmation and access details on your registered email and/or WhatsApp, usually instantly and in any case within 24 hours. If you do not receive them, please write to connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in.

Our Services are educational. We do not provide investment, financial, tax or legal services, and we do not offer jobs, placements, investment schemes or multi-level marketing opportunities.

4. User Responsibilities

When you use the Site and Services, you agree to:

• give true, accurate and complete information (name, email, phone number and billing details) and keep it up to date;
• keep your login details, access links and meeting links confidential — your access is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or resold;
• not record, download, copy, reproduce, share, resell or distribute any session, recording, course or material, except where we expressly allow it;
• attend the sessions, complete the assigned work and apply what you learn — your participation directly affects your results;
• behave respectfully in sessions and in the community: no harassment, abuse, hate speech, spam, unsolicited promotion or poaching of members, and no illegal, misleading or offensive content;
• not misuse the Site — no hacking, scraping, introducing malware or interfering with its security or operation;
• comply with all applicable laws, platform policies (for example, advertising policies) and tax obligations in running your own business, including anything you build or sell using what you learn from us; and
• use only a payment method that you are legally entitled to use.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions and for the costs of running your own business, such as advertising spend, software, tools and taxes.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown on the product or checkout page at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices, offers and discounts may change at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for.
• Discounted and limited-time prices are valid only for the period stated with the offer.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. Depending on what is available at checkout, you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, wallet or EMI. We do not store your full card details.
• When you make a purchase ("Purchase"), you may be asked for information relevant to it, including your card details, billing address and contact details. You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use the card(s) or other payment method(s) used for the Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply is true, correct and complete. By submitting it, you allow us to share it with our payment partners to complete the transaction, subject to our Privacy Policy.
• A payment confirmation or invoice is sent to your registered email address after payment.
• If your account is debited but your order is not confirmed, or you are charged twice, write to us with the transaction ID. Failed and duplicate payments are usually reversed to the original payment method by the bank or payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
• Where we offer a part-payment plan for a program, its schedule is shown at enrolment. If an instalment is missed, access may be paused until it is paid.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including product or service availability, errors in the description or price, errors in your order, or suspected fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount paid to the original payment method.

6. EMI Payments

• Where available at checkout, you may pay in Equated Monthly Instalments (EMI) using an eligible credit card (for example, an HDFC Bank credit card) or another EMI option offered through our payment gateway.
• EMI is a facility provided by your card-issuing bank, not by DBT. The EMI tenure, interest rate, processing fee, GST on interest, foreclosure charges and eligibility are decided by your bank and governed by your agreement with your bank.
• Where a "No Cost EMI" offer is available, the interest charged by the bank is offset by an upfront discount at checkout, subject to the bank's terms.
• We receive the full price of your purchase at the time of payment. Your EMI repayments are owed to your bank, and a missed EMI is handled by your bank under its own terms.
• If an order paid by EMI is cancelled or refunded under our Refund Policy, we refund the eligible amount to the same card. How the EMI plan is then closed, and whether any interest or processing fee already charged is reversed, depends on your bank's policy. We are not responsible for interest, fees or charges levied by your bank.

7. Subscriptions

Some Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles depend on the subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless you cancel it or Dominators Business Tribe cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by writing to connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in before the next renewal date.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Dominators Business Tribe with accurate and complete billing information, which may include your full name, address, state, PIN code, telephone number and a valid payment method. By submitting such payment information, you authorise Dominators Business Tribe to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to that payment method.

Should automatic billing fail for any reason, Dominators Business Tribe may suspend or end your access to the Subscription.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and sets out the detailed rules for each product. In summary:

• Cancellation and refund requests are accepted only within 24 hours of the original purchase, unless the product page or the Refund Policy states a different window for that product.
• Payments for one-to-one (1:1) calls or meetings are refundable only within 24 hours of payment.
• To request a refund, email connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in from your registered email ID with your full name, registered email ID, registration date, a screenshot of the payment invoice showing the date and time, and the reason for the refund. Requests without these details, or sent anywhere else, cannot be processed.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. As stated in the Refund Policy, a payment gateway fee of 5% and a processing fee of 5% of the amount paid are deducted from the refundable amount.
• Where a product's sales or checkout page states a specific money-back guarantee or refund window, that guarantee applies to that product on the conditions stated there, and prevails over the general rules above.
• If we cancel or reschedule an event or program, you may choose to attend on the new date or receive a full refund.
• Please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly. A chargeback raised for a Service that has been delivered may lead to your access being suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site and in our Services — including videos, recordings, slides, course material, templates, prompts, frameworks, text, graphics, logos and the name and marks "Dominators Business Tribe" — is owned by or licensed to DBT and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.
• When you buy a Service, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use its material for your own learning and business during the access period. This does not transfer any ownership to you.
• You may not copy, record, reproduce, sell, sub-license, publish or share our material, or use it to create a competing course or product. Doing so is a material breach of these Terms and may lead to termination of access without refund and to legal action.
• You keep ownership of the content you post in our community and allow us to host and display it in order to run the community. We use your name, photo, story or results in testimonials or marketing only with your consent.

10. Results & Earnings Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, sales, profit or other result from any Service.
• Testimonials and case studies on the Site and our pages show the results of individual members. They are not typical and are not a promise that you will achieve similar results.
• Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, skills, time, capital, market, product and how consistently you apply what you learn. Every business involves risk.
• Nothing in our Services is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Please consult a qualified professional for such advice.

11. Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party platforms to deliver our Services — for example Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, our learning app and community platform, email providers, and payment gateways such as Razorpay. Your use of these platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, errors or changes on third-party platforms, or for the content of third-party websites. If a platform problem stops a session, we will reschedule it or share a recording.

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, DBT, its founder, employees, coaches and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or Services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that Service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DBT, its founder, employees, coaches and partners from any claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site or any Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms — for example by sharing your access, copying or distributing our material, abusing members or staff, or making fraudulent payments or chargebacks. Any refund in such a case is governed by the Refund Policy. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver a Service caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, internet or power outages, or failure of third-party platforms. In such cases, we will reschedule the affected session or provide a recording.

16. Communications

By registering or making a purchase, you agree to receive service messages about your registration, purchase and access by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone call, as well as newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing connect@dominatorsbusinesstribe.in. Service messages about purchases you have made will continue.

17. Contests & Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Services may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotion, please review its rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Dispute Resolution section below, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.

19. Dispute Resolution

1. Contact us first. If you have a complaint, write to our Grievance Officer (see below). We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
2. Arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may refer it to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration will be Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The proceedings will be in English and may be held online. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding.
3. Consumer rights. Nothing in this section prevents you from approaching a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and will apply from that date. A purchase you have already made is governed by the Terms in force at the time of that purchase. By continuing to use the Site or Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

22. General

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the product page for your purchase, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or successor business.
